So now Im being charged for shipping and for the fact that its open even tho they told me to open it and one of their employees packaged a damaged product. I mentioned that the delivery box was fine so one of their employees knowingly packaged a damaged product and shipped it to a customer. I did this and the response was because the physical discs were ok even tho the limited edition part (the case and packaging) was severely damaged, it was still functional and they couldnt do anything. I contacted them and they asked for images of the box, the packaging, the outside of the product and they wanted me to open the product and send them images of the discs. I purchased a limited edition dvd collection from them but when it arrived it was damaged by being bent and smashed. We had actually shipped the order the day before and it had only been 5 business days since the order was placed, which during our busiest month of the year and having stated on our website that orders would take between 3-5 business days to process, it was within that time period. This customer also reached out to us on 7/******** why we hadn't shipping their order yet more than 5 days after they had placed their order. We will need ***** to send the item back to us since it is not defective in order to receive a refund and if the item has been open and used, we cannot accept it back. We would have issued a refund to the customer but they never requested one as they still had the item they ordered and nothing was defective with the product. This isn't predatory but instead is explaining to customers why they didn't receive a slip cover and why that's not considered defective or returnable to us.
